Summary

The primary role is to assure that all house models meet code requirements for their specific department. The Crew Chief is also responsible for leading and training employees in their department. The Paint Crew Chief is responsible for overseeing and executing interior painting tasks for both residential and commercial projects. This role includes surface preparation, such as floor scraping and site cleanup, to ensure high-quality finishes. When painting work is not required, the Paint Crew Chief will assist with tasks on the finishing end of projects as needed.

• Identifies and gathers tools and materials needed using specifications of the work order
• Reads blueprints and other specifications to determine method of installation

Summary

• Submits all plans and specifications to the State of Minnesota and other State entities for approval of projects.

Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Coordinator. The Accounting Coordinator will assist in managing various accounting tasks and contribute to the efficient operation of the finance department. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of accounting principles.

Another role of the position is to maintain master inventory list of costs and purchases of raw materials in accounting software and perform various accounting and miscellaneous tasks.

The exterior and interior finish crew member assists in producing functional infrastructure and products while working in a controlled setting. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of exterior building materials and other carpentry properties.

The Lean Trainer and Facilitator plays the lead role in training all new hires and leads process and continuous improvement projects. This role will report to the General Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages the onboarding process by training production workers at workstations and in classroom settings.
• Develops new training methods.
• Creates and maintains instruction materials- SOP’s and SWI’s
• Provides ongoing education to employees on process improvement. 
• Develops lesson and workshops to instruct employees on more effective ways to carry out their jobs.
• Ensures the quality and consistency of training content. 
• Adheres to all company policies and operational procedures.
• Promotes understanding of overall company profit and loss though selected projects.
• May be cross trained into other departments to ensure job knowledge progression and a balanced work force.

• Work with the purchasing department on vendor trainings.

Position Summary:

The Production Trainer plays the lead role in training all new hires and leads process and continuous improvement projects. This role will report to the General Manager.

• Training and motivation of all new employees.

• Train and certify all personnel on safe operation of all equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Prioritize safety and accident prevention.
• Stress to new hires the importance of work attendance and the vital role they fill on the line.
• Manage multiple new hired employees at a time.
• Familiarize new hires with where to find everything in the facility, including (but not limited to) the breakrooms, bathrooms, human resources, emergency exits, etc.
